PATIENT HISTORY :
The patient is a 33 year old woman who presents with a 2 month history of post coital bleeding and vaginal discharge. She has 3 healthy chrildren via normal spontaneous vaginal deliveries and one abortion. She has taken oral contraceptives for the past 7 years, but now has an IUD in place for contraception. PAP smear and subsequent biopsy showed carcinoma.
