Flow Cytometry -- Abdominal Pain

FLOW CYTOMETRY:

INTERPRETATION:

The flow cytometric immunophenotypic studies was not entirely conclusive due to the relatively low viability. The results demonstrate a CD5 negative, CD10 positive monoclonal kappa positive B-cell population. There are also admixed heterogeneous T-cells.

RESULTS:

Cell suspension immunophenotypic studies were performed on liver and two regions were analyzed.

Region 1 represents the small, non-complex cells (16% of the events).
Region 2 represents the large, non-complex cells (2% of the events).
