Case 128 -- Early Intrauterine Loss of Twin B

PATIENT HISTORY:

A 36-year-old Gravida 3 Para 2 woman experienced intrauterine loss of twin B at 14 weeks gestational age. The twin B fetus was retained. At 39+ weeks twin A was delivered as a 3141 gram liveborn male infant with Apgar scores of 9 at one minute and 9 at 5 minutes. No abnormalities were noted.
