Case 356 -- Adolescents with Ovarian Masses

CASE 1:

This is a teenager adolescent girl with amenorrhea and a right ovarian mass. Diagnostic laparoscopy demonstrated a somewhat abnormal appearing nodular right ovary that was biopsied and later resected. Representative sections of the mass are shown below.

CASE 2:

This is a teenager adolescent girl with a left ovarian mass. The mass was resected and pertinent representative sections are shown below.
