Case 117 -- Progressive Movement Disorder


RADIOLOGY:

An MRI of the brain showed bilateral caudate atrophy, but the measured value was still within normal limits when normalized to other structures. The frontal horns of the lateral ventricles appeared prominent bilaterally.


A diagnostic molecular test was ordered, the results of which are shown in Figure below.
