GROSS DESCRIPTION:
A brown lobulated mass was seen upon removal of the cortical bone of the T2 spinous process (arrow). The specimen consisted of multiple fragments of brown/ red soft tissue and fragments of bone which measured in aggregated 4 x 4 x 2.5 cm.
