The registration fee will be $300.00. The fee includes continuing education credit, course materials, and refreshments. If 2 individuals come from the same institution, a third individual will be able to attend without having to pay the registration fee. All cancellations must be in writing and sent to us via U.S. mail, e-mail, or fax. Tuition for cancellations postmarked or date stamped before April 27th, 2006 will be completely refunded. After April 27th, 2006, a $50.00 administrative fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made after May 4th, 2006. Cancellation requests can be made to:

The UPMC/Center for Continuing Education in the Health Sciences reserves the right to cancel this program if sufficient registrations are not received. In the case of cancellation, the department will fully refund registration fees.
