This session will be lead by Tamara Merryman, Vice President of the Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation and lead participant in the IHI and RWJ Foundation work of Transforming Care at the Bedside. Tami will share the current state of the work done over the last two years on this initiative and discuss the leadership imperative in patients safety and work redesign.
