Mission Statement Pathology Informatics Environment Pathology Informatics Training Fellow Responsibilities Evaluation Evaluation The fellow will evaluated semi-annually by the faculty supervisor for the fellow's project and the Director of Pathology Informatics training programs. These evaluations will be made available to the fellow and, if unfavorable, appropriate actions taken. Once the fellow completes the program, an annual follow-up form tracks his/her future endeavors.
