PATIENT HISTORY:

A 16 year old female presented with two months of progressively worsening headaches, lethargy and visual disturbances. Her past medical history included developmental delay, shunted hydrocephalus, and tethered cord release. Neurological examination displayed no focal lesions, and endocrinologic studies were unremarkable.
