Brain Pathology Case of the Month - May 1997

PATIENT HISTORY :

This 31-year-old woman had complained of grand mal seizures since the age of 26 in 1990. In 1995, she complained of worsening fatigue and attention deficits. Her past medical history was non-contributory. Physical examination revealed no neurological abnormalities.
