Dermatopathology Faculty Drazen Jukic, MD, PhD Arash Radfar, MD Shadyside: (412) 623-2337 Mission Statement The Unit serves at a Diagnostic Dermatopathology resource for the UPMC Health System as well as for others in our region and beyond. The Unit's services are utilized by the hospitals of the UPMC Health System, the University of Pittsburgh Physicians Department of Dermatology and many community Dermatologists and Private Practice Physicians. The Unit also has active Consultation Services, accepting both fresh specimens for full evaluation as well as previously fixed specimens. The Dermatopathology Unit is based at UPMC Shadyside in the Department of Pathology and is part of the Department of Dermatology. The Unit is lead by Drazen M. Jukic, MD, PhD who is the Director of the Service. The Unit staff includes 3 faculty members, a fellow and an administrative coordinator.
