Case Database Case Generation Form

Welcome to the UPMC Department of Pathology Case formatting form for our case database. We hope that this demonstration read-only version of our actual case generator/HTML-formatting tool will help to familiarize our users with the types of information which we enter when submitting cases for online access. Our goal in presenting this form is to allow you to construct more powerful and effective search strategies while querying our database. Please note that much of the information which can be entered in this form can also be entered in exactly the same manner as a search parameter in our search engine.
