Case 7 -- Spinal Mass

PATIENT HISTORY :

The patient is a 62 year old man with carcinoid tumor of unknown primary, metastatic to the liver. He is status post cervical and thoracic spine surgery secondary to carcinoid extradural involvement. In the last six months, the patient continued to have pain and developed reticulopathy of the hands.
