PSA
Sections show monotonous sheets of uniform, round to oval cells with moderate eosinophilic cytoplasm, round nuclei and prominent nucleoli. The sheets of cells fill the marrow spaces and destroy portions of the bony trabeculae. Immunoperoxidase staining for prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is positive in the tumor cells.
