PATIENT HISTORY:

A previously healthly 16 year-old female presented with masses of the right chest and right foot. Surgical excision of the masses revealed dense, rubbery, and slightly lobulated red and purple-tan tumor with islands of yellow adipose tissue. The diagnosis was made on consult H&E material. On therapy, 5 months later, she developed bilateral breast masses and a right inguinal mass. A portion of the breast mass was sent for cytogenetics.
