Case 166 -- Right-sided Mass Involving Kidney and Liver

PATIENT HISTORY:

The patient is a 63 year-old woman with a history of colon cancer. She presents now with a right-sided mass. CEA levels are normal. Radiographic examination shows a mass in the right kidney, penetrating into the liver and obtaining blood supply from branches of the renal artery, branches of the adrenal artery and branches of the hepatic artery. A right radical nephrectomy with adrenalectomy and partial hepatectomy is performed.
