Case 118 -- Lytic and Blastic Lesion of Left Tibia

PATIENT HISTORY:

The patient is a 67 year old male with no known primary lesion and a single lytic and blastic lesion in his left tibia. A tibia fine needle aspiration was performed with computed tomography (CT) guidance.
