GROSS DESCRIPTION:
The patient underwent multiple skin excisions including a midface resection with partial rhinectomy and right anterior maxillectomy. The midface resection, a 10.5 X 2.5 X 2.3 cm strip of skin, showed numerous raised white lesions. The cut surfaces of these lesions show firm, white, nodular tumors. This oral cyst, similar to those previously excised from the patient, had a cyst wall less than 0.1 cm thick and a hollow center.
