Research InterestsDr. Kanbour's research interest is in obstetrical and gynecologic cytopathology and the evaluation of different problems in gynecologic cytopathology, including review of AIS, inflammatory atypia; evaluation of prognostic peritoneal washings in gynecologic cancer; needle aspiration cytology - breast; evaluation of various histologic patterns of breast carcinoma in FNA; and review and evaluation of extragonadal mullerian carcinoma with application of p53.
