Thesis Title/Research Topic: HO-1 localize in caveolae in mice macrophages
Current Research Description: Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and its by-product carbon monoxide (CO) are reported to be cyto-protective in many inflammation models. However the mechanism is not completely understood. The current research will address the association between HO-1 and Cav-1 in mouse macrophages, the characteristics of the association, the biological function of the association and the role of the association in LPS induced inflammation
